The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Twisted Golf Tees and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

 

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our sites provide opportunities for you to make purchases ("transactions"). Each transaction is governed by these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the particular transaction which will be communicated to you during the check-out process. You agree that all transactions made by you on the Site will be governed by the terms of service of our partners as well as our own Terms and Conditions and in many cases cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable. All purchases are subject to our partners applicable service fees and charges, which are governed by the Terms and Conditions and may be non-refundable.

From time to time Twisted Golf Tees may send you information including but not limited to to: golf deals in your area, Supreme Golf exclusive offers and Supreme Golf system updates. Should you wish to stop receiving communication from Twisted Golf Tees you will be allowed to unsubscribe or adjust your communication settings by emailing us at Sales@twistedgolftees.com and requesting your adjustment.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Promotional Vouchers And Codes (Promos)

Promos are offered by Twisted Golf Tees without payment of any funds. Some promos are only available for use on certain Twisted Golf Tees providers. Promos are valid on or before the date stated on the voucher or other communication with which the promo is delivered. Any unused part of the promo will be lost. All promos must be used by the date indicated on the voucher or other communication with which the promo is delivered and, if no date is listed, expires 6 months from the date of issuance. Promos may not be combined with other offers or promos and may not be presented for use at a course. Limit 1 promo per transaction. Promos are void after first use, unless otherwise stated and where prohibited by law. Promos are only valid for future purchases, not for prior tee times that would result in the issuance of a credit or refund. Promo values reflect U.S.A. currency and you are responsible for all charges and taxes in excess of the promotional value of a promo. Promos cannot be copied, sold, bartered or offered and are not subject to return. Promos are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Promo codes may be void if consumer requested the deletion of select consumer data (eg: email) from files. Promos are the property of Twisted Golf Tees and are subject to cancellation or change by Twisted Golf Tees at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
